| WHAT IS BUBBLE TEA? |

Bubble tea originated overseas in Taiwan and has recently migrated to North America within the last 10 years or so. You can now find places serving bubble tea in most major cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Seattle. We are the first to Bring Bubble Tea to Newnan! Bubble tea is also known as a boba drink, pearl tea drink, boba ice tea, pearl milk tea, pearl ice tea, black pearl tea, tapioca ball drink or boba and possibly many other names. The Boba or Tapioca Pearl in these drinks usually are black in color but they do also come in different colors and sizes. The Tapioca balls in our Bubble Tea drinks (also Fresh Fruit Freezes) are similar to the tapioca in the tapioca pudding that you buy at the store but much much larger. The consistency of a Tapiocal Balls are somewhat like gummy bears. Tapioca Balls are usually made from cassava root. All of our drinks can be made without Tapioca Balls as they are added after the drink is made. However, most of the people that weren't too sure about the Tapioca Balls end up getting hooked on them and want them in their drink when they return to order more.
